Run

Today I ran 4 miles. It was great. I had some soreness to contend with, but it was raining. A beautiful rain, that isn't stinging or a pending storm. Wasn't even hard enough to scare the chipmunks into hiding. :) It was a great run. I didn't even start the watch to see how long it took me. I really enjoyed it. Feel like I ran, and got some exercise. Ahh, {smile} Nope, not the distance the schedule called for, but a nice run, indeed.
