Morning Walk
My youngest daughter and I walked to school today. We saw a worm, looking sickly but not halfway across the sidewalk. I picked him up and tossed him to the other side. This led us to talk about whether or not birds ate dead worms or only live ones, considering dead ones were flat and seemed to be lacking nutrients. Then we were quiet for a moment and decided to mention at the same time that we should talk about something other than dead worms to start our day. :) Thus, I asked her if she could quit school and pick a job today what would she be. She said a zoologist, of course. I said, but specifically, which animal area and why. She said, get this, "The monkeys and primates because they are the closest to humans and you could really build a relationship with them". Seriously, she said that. :) So, I said, what if there's someone already in the primate specialty, then what? She said her first thought was tigers, but she didn't really want to do big cats or bears because of their big teeth and what if they had a bad day?? So, she chooses giraffes. They're interesting and seem gentle. :) How cool is she?? :) We are so blessed. She started off my day awesome. :) Just wanted to share. :)

I wanted to be a hairdresser or a truck driver. I was worried about messing up someones hair but the idea of an accident was worse..LOL
What a great way to start the day. Hope the worm made it!
